Piharoa - Senior Leadership/Governance Teams (in development)
This course is designed specifically for senior leadership and governance teams who are driven to develop their understanding of te reo Māori me ōna tikanga (Māori language and culture) and gain a stronger connection to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the resulting impacts and responsibilities for their staff, organisation and stakeholders. Immerse yourself in this experience while being in the comfort of learning alongside your team, focussing on your organisation’s objectives and mission.
Te Ata Tū - Organisation-wide
A short course that enables organisations to familiarise their staff with Māori cultural perspectives, values, principles, and practices. Assisting in meeting bi-cultural goals, focusing on enhancing capabilities in te ao Māori, te reo Māori, tikanga, and kaupapa Māori. Staff will gain a deeper understanding of Māori culture, improve service to Māori and other stakeholders and be able to apply knowledge in professional practices.
Tū Māia – Oranga Tamariki Exclusive
A course delivered by Te Tau Ihu o Ngā Wānanga (Te Wānanga o Raukawa, Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa) which forms part of the wider Oranga Tamariki Te Hāpai Ō strategy designed to improve outcomes for tamariki and their whānau.
